How long is my voucher valid?

All of our vouchers are valid for 12 months. The exception to this are promotion vouchers e.g. Black Friday which will have a shorter term.

If I purchase a voucher, will this automatically book me in? 

Purchasing a voucher does not book anything in directly at the hotel. They are open for 12 months so you must call to book when you have a date in mind. Please note, amending the voucher 'start date' also does not automatically book you in at the hotel.

Can I exchange my voucher for a different experience in the hotel/spa/restaurant?

We cannot exchange vouchers, however we can use the value of the voucher towards a different experience if you wish.

If my voucher amount (monetary) is not used in one transaction/visit, can I use the credit remaining for a return visit?

Unfortunately, we cannot give 'credit' on vouchers, they must be used in one transaction. We ask guests to consider this when purchasing or using vouchers.

Can I use my voucher towards products in the Spa?

Yes, guests are more than welcome to use a spending money voucher towards spa products and everything else we sell at the hotel.

Can I book my experience after the date of expiry on my voucher, if I book in before the voucher expires?

As 12 months is a generous validity period we strongly advise customers to use their vouchers within this time frame. We are able to honour a voucher for 4 weeks after its expiry (IF booked before its expiry date). 

Once that booking has then been made, the date would be non-transferrable and the guest would be unable to cancel (the voucher becomes null & void).

How do I book my voucher?

Please call the hotel directly to get your voucher booked in, we do require your voucher code at time of booking. You will not be able to redeem/book your voucher online.

Do I need to bring my voucher with me?

We kindly ask you to bring your voucher with you on the day of your experience so the team can manually redeem your voucher.

Can I extend my voucher?

If your voucher has been expired for 6 months or less, you can now purchase a ‘voucher extension’ for £15.00, which will entitle you to a 3-month extension.To enquire, please email vouchers@fairlawns.co.uk and the team will be in touch to discuss. Your voucher extension must be presented at the same time as the original voucher when redeemed once purchased. If the extension voucher date expires then both vouchers become null and void.

 We do strongly advise your voucher is used within its 12 month validity.

Please note, amending the voucher 'start date' will not amend the expiry date.
