Prepared in front of you, watch as the perfect serve is created. Gain insight into flavour combinations and mixology techniques, with a focus on season-inspired, gin based cocktails - both classic and with twists.
Four gin cocktails will be prepared for you and paired with Chef's complimenting small plates for you to enjoy
A fun, relaxed and delicious evening to spend with your favourite person, learning a little and tasting a lot!
