Sunday Sessions - Pranayama to Meditation Session, Fairlawns Club studio. Sunday 10th May @ 3pm
Hosted by Tony from SadanaOm Yoga this session of meditation using tradition yogic practices of Breath work (Pranayama) and Sound (Dharana) to reduce stress, calm the mind and soothe the body. Regular practise enhances cognitive function, improves sleep quality and helps cope with stress.
We recommend bringing your mat, water, blanket, socks, cosy clothes and anything else you'd like, to ensure you can make yourself as cosy and comfortable as possible during this experience. Club Studio. Please arrive 15 minutes early, to check in and get comfortable, the session will run from 3pm- 4.15pm.
